Return and Exchange Policy

  • An exchange will only be considered in the rare cases on defective or incorrect item
    that has been delivered to the customer. We will strive to resolve such matters
  • We do not accept returns
    promptly, depending on the specific circumstances.
  • There is no exchange policy based on the customer's preferences regarding the
    outfit, as all the outfits are made for our valued customers.
  • In case of any exchange, the customer is required to inform our customer service
    team within 48 hours and return the outfit to our given address within 5-7 days of
    the delivery; otherwise, the request will not be catered.
  • An equal amount of voucher/discount code can also be offered.
  • Outfit can be exchanged if the product received does not matches the ordered size.
  • All mailing or shipping costs related to the exchange of a defective item will be the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
  • We aim to process all the exchanges within 14 working days.
